Buyer Pays Securely
The buyer completes payment using Stripe. Card details are encrypted and never stored by Gold Avocado.
Funds Held Securely
The payment is securely held by the platform — not released to the seller yet. This protects the buyer's money.
Seller Delivers the Order
The seller delivers the digital product or completes the service as described in the offer.
Buyer Reviews the Delivery
The buyer reviews the delivery during the review period. They can accept, request a revision, or open a dispute.
Seller Receives the Payout
Once the buyer accepts the delivery — or the review period expires — funds are released to the seller's balance.
If a Dispute Is Opened
Funds remain protected until the dispute is resolved. Gold Avocado reviews the case and determines the appropriate outcome.

What Protects You
Secure Stripe Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider. Your card details are encrypted and never stored by Gold Avocado.
Funds Held Until Delivery
Your payment is not sent to the seller immediately. It is held securely until the order is delivered and you have had time to review it.
Buyer Review Period
After delivery, you have a review period to check the work. If something isn't right, you can request a revision or open a dispute.
Dispute Resolution
If a problem arises, our team reviews the case fairly. Funds remain protected until a resolution is reached.
Seller Paid Only After Completion
Sellers receive their payout only after the buyer accepts the delivery or the review period expires — never before.
