Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong with your order, Gold Avocado is here to help. Here's how disputes work and what to expect.

When You Can Open a Dispute

You can open a dispute if the order you received doesn't match what was described. Here are some common examples:

Order Never Delivered

The seller did not deliver the product or complete the service within the expected timeframe.

Wrong Product

The delivered product is different from what was described in the offer.

Service Not Completed

The service was not completed as agreed, or was left unfinished.

Broken Download

The digital file is corrupted, inaccessible, or cannot be downloaded properly.

Misrepresentation

The delivered work significantly misrepresents what was promised in the offer description.

The Review Process

1

You open a dispute from the order workspace, describing what went wrong.

2

The seller is notified and has an opportunity to respond or offer a resolution.

3

Gold Avocado reviews the case — including order details, delivery evidence, and messages.

4

A decision is made based on the evidence and our platform policies.

5

Both parties are notified of the outcome and any actions taken.

Possible Outcomes

Full Refund

The buyer receives a full refund if the dispute is resolved in their favor.

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if the delivery was partially completed or partially as described.

Seller Payout

Funds are released to the seller if the dispute is resolved in their favor.

Dispute Rejected

The dispute may be rejected if the evidence shows the order was delivered as described.

We're here to help both buyers and sellers. Our goal is always to find a fair resolution. Disputes are reviewed individually — there's no automatic outcome.
