Seller Delivers the Order
The seller delivers the digital product or completes the service as described in the offer.
Buyer Reviews the Delivery
The buyer reviews the delivery during the review period. They can accept, request a revision, or open a dispute.
Seller Receives the Payout
Once the buyer accepts the delivery — or the review period expires — funds are released to the seller's balance.
If a Dispute Is Opened
Funds remain protected until the dispute is resolved. Gold Avocado reviews the case and determines the appropriate outcome.
